ANNOUNCEMENT

RESIGNATION OF GENERAL MANAGER

The board of directors of Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Industry Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces that Mr. Guo Quan has resigned as the general manager of the Company with effect from 26 November 2019 due to his other business engagements. Mr. Guo Quan will remain as an executive director of the Company.

The Company will identify a suitable candidate for the position of general manager. Pending the appointment of the new general manager, the duties of general manager will be fulfilled by the two current deputy general managers, namely Mr. Liu Jun and Mr. Qi Xinhui, acting jointly. Further announcement will be made by the Company as and when appropriate.
