Paragon Group to acquire PostNL Communicatie Services

The Hague, 27 November 2019 - Paragon Group (Paragon) and PostNL today announced that they have signed a sales and purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of PostNL Communicatie Services by Paragon Customer Communications. The transaction, for which no financial details are disclosed, is expected to close at the end of 2019.

PostNL Communicatie Services is a leading player in the Dutch customer communications market, which engages in end-to-end customer communications management including transactional services, as well as on demand electronic and postal mailing. The company serves approximately 1,500 corporate and small and medium-sized enterprises for which it annually produces, processes and distributes circa 150 million mailpacks. PostNL Communicatie Services employs around 200 people and operates state-of-the-art production facilities in Berkel en Rodenrijs, Den Bosch and Apeldoorn.

PostNL Communicatie Services will be rebranded as Paragon Customer Communications, with Mieke Clark-Marsman, the current Managing Director of PostNL Communicatie Services and Ton Kalter, the current General Manager Benelux, appointed as executive committee directors.
