CIELO S.A. ("Company") (B3: CIEL3 / OTC Nasdaq International: CIOXY) informs its shareholders and other stakeholders that, for the seventh consecutive year, it has again been included in the Corporate Sustainability Index of B3 ("ISE"). Created in 2005, this index is a tool which comparatively analyzes the performance of companies listed on B3 regarding corporate sustainability, based on economic efficiency, environmental balance, social equality, and corporate governance. It also broadens the understanding on companies and groups committed to sustainability, differentiating them in terms of quality, equity, transparency, and accountability, besides business performance in the economic-financial, social, environmental and climate change dimensions.

This recognition is a result of the practices deployed by Cielo over the past years, amongst them we highlight the Critical Suppliers Management with evaluation of the social and environmental aspects, advances in the management of employees' life quality and satisfaction, good Corporate Governance practices and Risk Management.
