Huawei goes to court. Huawei launched a complaint against the US telecoms regulator because it has decided to exclude it from a US federal fund to help rural areas develop their telecommunications infrastructure.

AWS in the spotlight. The investigation into Amazon.com's dominant position could be extended from its market activity to its presence on servers, Bloomberg revealed last night. The US FTC would therefore also target AWS, the group's powerful cloud division, whose revenues are expected to approach $35 billion in 2019.
