LONG TERM INCENTIVE AWARDS TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

The Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of long term incentive Awards of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in Diploma PLC to the Executive Directors under the Diploma PLC 2011 Performance Share Plan ('PSP'):
