RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND

CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Resignation of executive director and chief executive officer

The board of directors ("Board") of CASH Financial Services Group Limited ("Company") announces that Mr Ng Tze Wai Anthony ("Mr Ng") will resign as an executive director and the chief executive officer of the Company in order to pursue his own business with effect from 1 January 2020. He will be appointed as a senior consultant for China business development of the Company following the resignation.

Mr Ng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr Ng for his valuable efforts and contribution to the Board during his tenure of office.

Appointment of acting chief executive officer

The Board announces that Dr Kwan Pak Hoo Bankee, an executive director and the chairman of the Company, will be appointed as the acting chief executive officer of the Company with effect from 1 January 2020 to fill the vacant position from Mr Ng.
