Subject: Notification of the right to convert preferred shares to ordinary shares

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

At Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/1998 of Bumrungrad Hospital Public Company Limited, held on Wednesday, 11 November 1998, a resolution was passed to allow holders of preferred shares to convert any of their preferred shares to ordinary shares at the rate of 1 preferred share to 1 ordinary share during the month of February of every year.

The holders of preferred shares of the Company who wish to convert any of their preferred shares to ordinary shares may exercise their rights by submitting their conversion request forms along with their original preferred share certificates to Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. from 1 February 2020 to 28 February 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
