IP : Actual Experience plc - Board Changes

Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the analytics-as-a-service company, announces the following board changes.

Robin Young, Chief Operating Officer, and Paul Spence, Non-Executive Director, have notified the Board of their intention to resign from the Board of the Company, both with effect from 28 February 2020. Robin joined the Board in September 2014, initially as a Non-Executive Director, before taking on the role of COO the following year. Having seen the Company through its development phase during the last five years, Robin will be continuing his advisory roles with fund management organisations prior to taking on a new COO position nearer to his home in the UK Midlands later this year.

Paul, who is domiciled in the USA, joined the Board in February 2016 and is looking to reduce his travel commitments.

Following the departures of Robin and Paul, the Board will consist of Stephen Davidson as Non-Executive Chairman; Dave Page and Steve Bennetts as CEO and CFO respectively, and supported by Sir Bryan Carsberg and Kirsten English as Non-Executive Directors.
