Scentre : Ms Aliza Knox to retire from the Board

RETIREMENT OF ALIZA KNOX

Scentre Group today announced that Ms Aliza Knox has informed the Board that she will not stand for re-election at the Group's AGM, and will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM on 8 April 2020. This will enable her to focus on leading the newly-listed unicorn security, performance, and reliability company, Cloudflare, in Asia Pacific, and her international board portfolio.

The Chairman, Mr Brian Schwartz AM, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to offer my thanks to Aliza. She is a recognized leader in the technology and digital arena and has made a valuable contribution as a Director of the Group and as a member of the Human Resources Committee. I look forward to acknowledging her contribution at the AGM. Ms Knox's retirement is aligned with the Board's ongoing succession planning and rotation of Directors."
