In a Board meeting 13 February 2020, the Bonheur Board of Directors, subject no diverging view being subsequently expressed  by the Shareholders' Committee, resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2019 of NOK 4.30 per share, i.e.: 

Dividend amount: 4.30 per share 

Declared currency: NOK 

Last day including right: 27 May 2020 

Ex-date: 28 May 2020 

Record date: 29 May 2020 

Payment date: 9 June 2020

Date of approval: 27 May 2020
