LAUNCH OF CHANJET INTELLIGENT+: A MARKETING-BASEDBUSINESS-AND-FINANCIAL-INTEGRATED CLOUD SERVICE NEW PRODUCT

This announcement is made by Chanjet Information Technology Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company officially launches a new product of cloud service business called Chanjet Intelligent+ ("Intelligent+"). Intelligent+ is a kind of data-driven and marketing-basedbusiness-and-financial-integrated intelligent cloud service product for micro and small enterprises. Taking micro and small enterprises in commerce and trade circulation as the main target customers, Intelligent+ is focused on the operation of customers and through online intelligent marketing and business-and-financial-integrated intelligent management, it enables micro and small enterprises to realize intelligent marketing, fast trading, agile operation and smart finance. The Company hopes that Intelligent+ can help micro and small enterprises strengthen their customer acquisition capacity, improve the repeat purchase rate, reduce staff costs and improve management efficiency so that to do business well and manage business well.

The current version of Intelligent+ product is the standard version. The annual subscription service fee shall not be less than RMB5,660, subject to the number of functional modules selected by customers and the number of users. Customers may choose Intelligent+ through new purchasing or upgrading Chanjet Good Accountant and Good Business products. In addition, the Company will also include Intelligent+ in the cloud-assisted care action and offer extra service period for free to eligible micro and small enterprise users across China. The Board is of the view that the launch of Intelligent+ demonstrates the Group's ability to profoundly research and develop financial and business management service products for micro and small enterprises, which is conducive to further improving the Group's cloud service business product line, enhancing product competitiveness and increasing average customer unit price so as to create a new growth driver for the Group's business development.
