ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 25, 2020, Southern Copper Corporation ("SCC") issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended on December 31, 2019. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In this press release, SCC reported that on February 20, 2020, the Board of Directors authorized a dividend of $0.40 per share payable on March 24, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2020. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
