ANNOUNCEMENT

RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that, due to adjustment of work arrangements, Mr. Shen Lancheng ("Mr. Shen") has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 5 March 2020.

Mr. Shen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Shen for his efforts and valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
