Schindler Holding Ltd. Annual General Meeting 2020 to take place under extraordinary conditions

Schindler requests shareholders to vote via independent proxy

Schindler today confirmed that Schindler Holding Ltd.'s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on March 19, 2020. To comply with the latest requirements related to COVID-19 issued by the Federal Council today, shareholders will not be allowed to attend in person.

Instead, shareholders are requested to vote via independent proxy. To accommodate this measure, the voting deadline has been extended to March 18, 2020.
