2019 Full Year Results publication date

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, provides an update on the publication date of the Group's 2019 Full Year Results.

On 22^nd March 2020, 888 received a notification from the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') requesting that all main market listed companies on the London Stock Exchange observe a moratorium on the publication of its preliminary financial results for at least two weeks. Having consulted with the Group's advisors, the Board is following the FCA's request. As a result, 888 will postpone the publication of its Annual Results for the year ended 31^st December 2019, which the Company had previously intended to announce on Tuesday 24^th March 2020. The Company will confirm the new date for announcing its for 2019 Annual Results in due course, subject to any further guidance from the FCA.
