Norwegian Finans Holding ASA : - primary insider notification

Green 91 AS has on 23 March 2020 sold 1 000 000 shares in Norwegian Finans
Holding ASA ("NOFI"), equal to approximately 0.54% av the outstanding shares in
the company, to Cidron Xingu Limited, controlled by Nordic Capital Fund IX.
Green 91 AS is wholly owned by Lars Ola Kjos, board member in Bank Norwegian AS,
NOFI's wholly owned subsidiary. The purchase price was NOK 35.00 per share.
After the sale, Green 91 AS owns in total 2 964 900 shares in Norwegian Finans
Holding ASA, equal to approximately 1.59% of the outstanding shares in the
company. 

This notification is given pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
section 4-2.
