With respect to recent developments regarding Covid-19 (Corona), Attendo has decided to take precautionary measures in connection with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 15, 2020. The aim is to reduce the spread of infection while safeguarding both the well-being of our shareholders and their ability to exercise their rights.

The following measures will be taken:

· Registration will commence at 4.30 pm. The meeting starts at 5 pm. No eating or drinking will be offered.

· The Company's Board of Directors and Group Management will solely be represented by the Chairman of the Board, Ulf Lundahl, and Attendo's CEO, Martin Tivéus. The CEO's speech at the meeting will be shortened. A more detailed presentation of 2019 will be published on Attendo's website in connection to the meeting.

· In light of the authorities' guidelines, Attendo urges shareholders to consider the possibility of attending the AGM by proxy. The recommendation applies especially to people who are part of a risk group or people who have symptoms, have been in an area of infection or who have been in close contact with someone suspected to be infected with Corona.

· Please note that it is also possible for shareholders who own fewer than 100,000 shares to assign to the registrar Computershare to vote on their behalf. Authorization can be submitted to Computershare by contacting the telephone number + 46 771 24 64 00 or through info@computershare.se.
