During March, home buyers began moving into SSM's Metronomen housing project that includes 188 smart and affordable homes. The project is located close to a public transport hub in the urban neighborhood of Telefonplan in Stockholm and it has an Urban Score[TM] of 100 points when it comes to mobility, everyday services, community and well-being. Home buyers will continue moving in gradually during the year, continuing into 2021 as the project nears completion. Metronomen is a joint venture project between SSM and Partners Group. The units that have been occupied will lead to a positive impact on SSM's cash flow from Q2 2020.

Home buyers in the Metronomen housing project, which offers 188 cooperative apartments, started moving into their smart, affordable new homes in greater numbers towards the end of March 2020. Tenants will continue to move in gradually during the year and into 2021 as production of the project is completed.

Metronomen exemplifies SSM's housing concept and core product to the fullest in that 95 percent of the units in the project are one and two-room apartments with a floor space between 29 and 51 m[2], most with a balcony. The project is located close to public transport at Telefonplan in Stockholm and it has an Urban Score[TM] of 100 points when it comes to mobility (proximity to subway, access to carpool and indoor bike parking), everyday services (variety of services, proximity to recycling depot and circular services and possibilities for urban gardening), health (variety of training options and proximity to recreational areas) and community (large rooftop terrace, courtyard and shared spaces as well as a communication app for shared services). The project also includes a daycare center and commercial space intended to provide the housing association with sources of income in the future.
