Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN Spólka Akcyjna : Extension of the subscription period and change in the content of a tender offer to subscribe for the sale of all shares of ENERGA S.A. with registered office in Gdansk

PKN ORLEN S.A. ('Company') informs that on 26 March 2020 the Company's Management Board decided to extend until 22 April 2020 the subscription period in the tender offer to subscribe for the sale of all shares issued by ENERGA S.A. with its registered office in Gdansk, announced by the Company on 5 December 2019 ('Tender Offer').

In addition, changes have been made to the content of the Tender Offer related to the change of place of accepting subscriptions in the Tender Offer.

The subscription period has been extended due to justified circumstances indicating that the target of the Tender Offer may not be achieved by the original date of completing the subscription, i.e. until 9 April 2020.
