TATNEFT : Introduces a Particular Schedule of Operations

TATNEFT Group is transferring a number of its enterprises to a particular schedule of operations in connection with the current epidemiological situation aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection.

The action plan implemented by TATNEFT is aimed at preventing the spread of the infection at the oil production and oil refining enterprises, strategically important for the country's energy security and implying continuous production. In addition, the enterprises providing for the functioning of the socially significant infrastructure, which supply the region with gas, heat and water, are transferred to the particular schedule of operations.

The particular schedule of operations implies the residency of employees in isolation on the basis of the children's recreation camps and sanatoriums of the Company. The worked-out measures relate to the core and auxiliary personnel and provide for the limitation of outside contacts, minimal contacts between shifts, supply of material and technical resources, food, medical and other resources.

In these conditions all possible preventive measures are provided to ensure the spread of viral infections. Sanitary and epidemiological measures will be systematically carried out at the temporary accommodation sites, including testing the employees for the presence of the COVID-19 virus, decontamination of buildings and facilities, special treatment of equipment, production areas and places of the personnel residence.

The employees who are transferred to work in isolation will receive additional payment for special working conditions.
