Monterrey, Mexico, March 31, 2020. -As a result of its operating strength and solid financial position to confront the impending operational challenges, Standard & Poor´s Global Ratings (S&P) affirmed the ratings for Arca Continental and AC Bebidas of 'mxAAA' for issuer and subsidiary credit quality on a national scale, the highest national rating in Mexico, with a stable outlook.
The international credit rating agency announced on Friday in a press release that it reaffirmed the long-term debt rating with a stable outlook. This was due to the strong credit profiles of Arca Continental and AC Bebidas in comparison with other Mexican companies on a national scale.
'The ratification of S&P's high ratings for our companies recognizes the solid performance of AC in the last year as well as its current financial and operating strength to confront global and domestic conditions in 2020', explained Emilio Marcos Charur, Chief Financial Officer of Arca Continental.
