ANNOUNCEMENT ON FINANCIAL REPORTING

StarHub Ltd ("StarHub" or the "Company") informs that following the amendments to Rule 705(2) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited which came into effect on 7 February 2020, the Company is no longer required to release its financial statements on a quarterly basis.

In view of the foregoing, the Company will cease quarterly reporting and will instead adopt half-yearly reporting. Accordingly, the Company's next financial results announcement will be in respect of the half- year ending 30 June 2020.

To allow investors to effectively understand and assess StarHub Group's ongoing business performance between the half-yearly reports, the Company will provide interim business performance updates of the StarHub Group on a quarterly basis. The business updates will comprise abridged financial disclosures covering the key operating metrics for each of our lines of business, the profit and loss statement, selected balance sheet items, key financial ratios, as well as a business commentary for the first and third quarter performance of StarHub Group.

The StarHub Group business performance update for the quarter ended 31 March 2020 will be announced on 30 April 2020, after the close of trading on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
