Conditions of availability of preparatory documents

to the Combined General Meeting of 22 April 2020

Within the context of the Covid-19 epidemic and according to the provisions of article 4 of the ordinance n°2020-321 of March 25, 2020 taken pursuant to article 11 of the Emergency law (loi d'urgence) n°2020- 290 of March 23 2020, the shareholders of the company Covivio ("Covivio" or the "Company") are hereby informed that they are called to attend to the Combined Shareholders' Meeting which will be held through a closed session, without the shareholders being physically present, on:

Wednesday April 22, 2020 at 10.30 a.m.,

at Covivio's offices located 30 avenue Kléber in Paris (75116).

The preliminary notice, including the agenda, the draft resolutions and the main terms of participation and voting at this General Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on 9 March 2020, Bulletin n°30.

The notice of meeting, including the new main terms of participation and voting at this Shareholders' Meeting as also mentioned in the press releaseof 30 March 2020, was published on 3 April 2020 in the "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires", Bulletin n°41, as well as in the newspaper "Le Républicain Lorrain" which is authorized to publish legal notices.

In accordance with the provisions and regulatory deadlines in force, the notice and the documents relating to the Shareholders' Meeting are available at the Company's registered office as well as on the company's website:https://www.covivio.eu/(under the heading "Finance/Investors and Shareholders/General Meetings/ Combined General Meeting of 22 April 2020") or can be sent free of charge upon simple written request to BNP Paribas Securities Services - CTO General Meetings - Grands Moulins de Pantin, 9 rue du Débarcadère - 93761 Pantin Cedex. Given the context of the Covid- 19 epidemic, electronic communication of these documents should prime and it is therefore kindly recommended to the shareholders making such a request to provide an electronic address.
