InterEuropa d d : Compliance with the recommendation of SDH regarding the forfeiture of the remuneration of Supervisory Board members

Intereuropa, d. d. complies in full with the recommendation regarding the forfeiture of part of the remuneration of the Supervisory Board, which Slovenski državni holding addressed to all companies with capital assets of the State on 31 March 2020 (regardless of the amount of the participating interest of the Republic of Slovenia or SDH in a particular company).
Based on the aforementioned recommendation of SDH, members of Intereuropa, d. d.'s Supervisory Board and the external member of the Supervisory Board's Audit Committee will forfeit 30% of the remuneration to which they are entitled for the performance of their functions in connection with the work of the Supervisory Board and its committees from March 2020, inclusive, until the month in which the COVID-19 epidemic is rescinded in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, inclusive. The forfeiture does not apply to the reimbursement of costs.
This announcement will be accessible on the website www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of one year.
