Covid-19 pandemic: Decision to postpone the annual shareholders' meeting and change of the date of the Annual Presentation of the 2019 Financial Results of the Company to investors and analysts.

Viohalco SA announces that the company's board of directors decided on April 15, 2020 to postpone the annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for May 26, 2020, in accordance with article 7 of the Belgian Royal Decree n ° 4 of 9 April 2020. The annual shareholders' meeting will be held at a later date yet to be determined, within the time limits set by the Royal Decree, i.e. not later than September 8, 2020.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and based on the information presently available, the board of directors concluded that postponing the shareholders' meeting is the option, which best serves the interests of the shareholders.

In addition, the presentation of the Company's 2019 financial results to investors and analysts will take place by conference call on Thursday, April 23, 2020, instead of Thursday, May 21, 2020, at the premises of the Athens Stock Exchange, as originally announced.
