On April 20, 2020 we issued a press release announcing the commencement of NOVAGOLD's proxy outreach campaign, describing suggested methods for shareholders to participate in the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and outlines topics expected to be addressed by NOVAGOLD's Board Chair and President and CEO following the official business of the Meeting.
