FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2020 (*) - UPDATE

In its practice of providing accurate and timely information to investors and pursuant to articles

4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, MYTILINEOS S.A. announces the update of its Financial Calendar of 2020, as follows:

• Announcement of the Three Month 2020 Trading Update: Thursday 7th, May 2020
• Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday 4th, June 2020
• Ex-DividendDate 2019: Wednesday 24th, June 2020
• Dividend beneficiaries 2019 - Record date: Thursday 25th, June 2020 **
• Dividend Payout 2019: Wednesday 1st, July 2020
• Announcement of the First Half 2020 Financial Results
  & Conference Call with Analysts: Wednesday 9th, September 2020
• Announcement of the Nine Month 2020 Trading Update Wednesday 4th, November 2020

1. The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.

1. The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders. If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date is after the expiration, on June 19th 2020, of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have the Company's share as an underlying security.

The Company would like to clarify that the financial results will be released before the opening of the market on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the corporate website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.helex.gr).
