NTT DOCOMO : Announces New Management Team

TOKYO, JAPAN, May 15, 2020 --- NTT DOCOMO, INC. announced today that its board of directors has met and proposed the following changes in executive positions after its transition to a company with an audit and supervisory committee on June 16, 2020. These changes in executive positions will be approved officially at the shareholders meeting, the board of directors meeting, and the audit and supervisory committee, all scheduled to be held on June 16, 2020. This transition has been disclosed separately in the 'Notice Regarding the Transition to a Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee' on March 27, 2020.
