Icade : signs a lease with France Télévisions for space in Le Ponant

ICADE SIGNS A LEASE WITH FRANCE TÉLÉVISIONS FOR SPACE IN LE PONANT

Icade has signed a lease with France Télévisions for 3,300 sq.m of office space in Le Ponant, a building located next to the André Citroën park in the 15th district of Paris.

The lease, which is effective immediately, has the same terms as the one which was renewed. It was finalised during the lockdown and signed electronically, demonstrating the high level of digital capability of both companies.

This signing also illustrates Icade's ability to support its tenants over the long term, especially in this turbulent market environment.
