Fresenius SE & Co. said Friday that its hospital-operator division is buying a hospital in Germany.
Fresenius Helios will buy the hospital in the city of Bonn, along with two medical centers and a pharmacy with related logistics center.
No financial details were disclosed.
The deal, which is expected to close in the third quarter, will be accretive to group earnings from 2021.
The hospital has around 750 employees.
