On June 3, 2020, Ponce Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of PDL Community Bancorp, (NASDAQ: PDLB) announced that it has partnered with Grain Technology Inc. ("Grain"). Grain was founded in 2017 and provides revolving lines of credit that can be accessed through an existing debit card without issuing a credit card.

A copy of the press release announcing Ponce Bank teams with Grain is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
