Enclosure: Copy of the Notification of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Re: Conditions and Time Limits for Aircraft Takeoffs and Landings (No.5), dated 12 June 2020

Reference is made to the Letter of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), informing that the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) suspended operations of Phuket International Airport from 00.01 a.m. of 10 April 2020 to 11.59 p.m. of 30 April 2020, or until further notice for the prevention of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and the speedy recovery from emergency situations.

AOT would like to inform that CAAT issued the CAAT Notification Re: Conditions and Time Limits for Aircraft Takeoffs and Landings (No. 5), dated 12 June 2020, adding Phuket International Airport to a list of airports which are ready for aircraft takeoffs and landings from 00.01 a.m. of 13 June 2020 onwards. Time limits for aircraft takeoffs and landings shall be subject to the necessity and suitability for a particular situation and in accordance with the conditions prescribed in the Aerodrome Establishment License or the Public Aerodrome Operating Certificate.
