PTT Exploration and Production Public : PTTEP organizes 2020 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting

Mr. Prajya Phinyawat (front row, middle), Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with directors and Mr. Phongsthorn Thavisin (front row, 3rd from right), President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), held the 2020 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to acknowledge last year's performance results and its business outlook. It is resolved that the meeting approved the dividend payment for the year 2019 at the rate of 6 Baht per share. Regarding this year's meeting, PTTEP had strictly implemented the preventative measures against Covid-19 as well as continually conducted the green meeting with the aim of minimizing the environmental impacts.
