VNV Global Ltd. ('VNV Global' or the 'Company'), today announces that the Board of Directors of VNV Global has resolved to postpone the publication of the Company's Six-Month Report from July 29, 2020 to August 31, 2020. The postponement is a result of the rights issue announced earlier today.
