Genoa, 30 June 2020 - ERG Eolica Fossa del Lupo S.r.l. (fully owned by ERG Power Generation S.p.A.), today has completed the Amend & Extend of its Eu 103 million residual amount non-recourse project facilities agreement.

The Amend & Extend has improved the financing terms of the facilities and extending the loan maturity by three years and it has made the financing be classified as 'Green Loan' and 'Sustainability Linked Loan' in compliance with the Green Loan Principles and the Sustainability Linked Loan Principles and confirming ERG strong commitment towards a sustainable development.

The Borrower owns three wind farms located in the Calabria and Basilicata Regions with an overall installed capacity of 154 MW entered into operation between 2011 and 2013.

The Amend & Extend of the facilities agreement has been executed by Crédit Agricole CIB Milan Branch as Coordinating & Structuring Bank and Mandated Lead Arranger and Green Structuring Loan Coordinator, by BNP Paribas Italian Branch as Mandated Lead Arranger and Co-Green Structuring Loan Coordinator, and UBI Banca CIB as Mandated Lead Arranger and Facilities Agent. Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A acted as Account Bank.
