KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's subsidiaries have collectively secured a combined US$126.8 million (RM543.5 million) contracts in Indonesia and Zambia.

In an exchange filing today, Serba Dinamik said the contracts involve engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC), information, communication and technology (ICT) and operations and maintenance (O&M) works.

PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia (PT SDI) received an EPCC contract from PT Polytama Propindo in Indonesia for the procurement of DRUPS 3×1800 KVA Capacity Hitec Powerpro equipments, beginning April 2020 to April 2025.

SDIT International Ltd (SDITIL) bagged ICT contract from ZCOM Systems Ltd in Zambia for the implementation of digital microlending lending platform through USSD channel and implementation of digital health platform for national health insurance management authority (NHIMA).

Both contacts are from July 2020 to July 2027.

Meanwhile, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB) secured various O&M contract in Malaysia from Sarawak Shell Bhd and Sea Hibiscus Sdn Bhd, among others.

They included the design, supply and delivery of Microturbine Generator (MTG) package for F28 MTG replacement project and provision of Capstone Microturbine vendor support services.

Serba Dinamik said the contracts would not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholdings of its substantial shareholders.

'The contracts secured are not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of Serba Dinamik and its group of companies for the financial year ending December 31, 2020 (FY20).

'The contracts secured are expected to contribute positively to the SDHB Group's earnings for FY20.'
