Subject Notification of the issuance of PTT Public Company Limited's DebenturesToPresident

The Stock Exchange of ThailandReference is made to PTT Public Company Limited (PTT)'s Board of Directors' Meetings held on 22 December 2017, and PTT' s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 12 April 2018 which has resolved the approval of PTT's fund raising plan for a 5-year period (2018 - 2022) in the total amount of or equivalent to Baht 200,000 million ( loan Baht 50,000 million and debentures Baht 150,000 million) to be used for capital expenditure and/or working capital and/or refinancing. The remaining balance of the proceeds for the year 2020-2022 is approximate Baht 175,930 million.

PTT is pleased to inform that, on 2 July 2020, PTT has completed fund raising from the issuance of unsubordinated and unsecured debentures No. 1/2020 in the total amount of Baht 20,000 million to the institutional investors and/or high net worth investors (excluding individuals). The debentures are under Baht 64,000 million Medium -Term Note Program (MTN Program) which was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand. The details of the debentures are as follows:
