ANNOUNCEMENT

RENEWAL OF APPOINTMENT OF PROPERTY MANAGER

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., as manager (the "Manager") of Mapletree Logistics Trust ("MLT"), wishes to announce that the appointment of Mapletree Property Management Pte. Ltd. as the property manager of MLT (the "Property Manager"), has been renewed for a further term of five years commencing from 28 July 2020 to 27 July 2025, on the same terms and conditions and same fee structure as set out in the master property management agreement and overseas properties property management agreement.
