BEIJING (AP) _ New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (EDU) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $13.2 million.

On a per-share basis, the Beijing-based company said it had net income of 8 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to 30 cents per share.

The educational services provider posted revenue of $798.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $413.3 million, or $2.59 per share. Revenue was reported as $3.58 billion.

For the current quarter ending in September, New Oriental said it expects revenue in the range of $911.2 million to $953.5 million.

New Oriental shares have risen 15% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 29% in the last 12 months.
