Sinopec's Qilu refinery will shut a 160,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) crude oil processing facility and hydrocracking unit for planned maintenance, according to two refinery officials.
The overhaul is expected to run for 45 days starting from Sept. 1.
The Qilu refinery is located in the eastern Chinese region of Shandong and has an annual crude oil processing capacity of 260,000 bpd.
