Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 31, 2020, McEwen Mining Inc. (the "Company") received notice that Sylvain Guerard, Senior Vice President of Exploration of the Company, had decided to resign his position with the Company to pursue other business opportunities. It is anticipated that his resignation will be effective August 21, 2020.
