Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. said Monday its revenue in July grew 25% compared with the same period a year earlier to 105.96 billion New Taiwan dollars (US$3.60 billion).

Revenue compared with June's fell 12%, it said.

For the January-July period, revenue jumped 34% to NT$727.26 billion, TSMC said.

The Taiwanese chip maker didn't provide a reason for the changes.
