In early July, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree stores stated that facial masks were to be worn by vendors, employees, and customers in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Then in late July the retailers reversed that decision, stating masks were not required, but they were requesting shoppers to wear one.

Now just about three weeks later the two retailers are changing course once again, according to an 8NewsNow report, and reversing that decision and mandating masks be worn in the stores, citing CDC guidelines.
