UBI Banca S p A : Shares to Be Delisted on Oct. 5

Intesa Sanpaolo SpA said late Wednesday that Unione di Banche Italiane SpA shares will be delisted from the Italian stock exchange on Oct. 5 following its successful takeover of its smaller rival.

Intesa has secured nearly 100% of UBI capital.
