Communications services companies fell amid nervousness about the prospects of a comprehensive trade deal between the U.S. and China.

Kimberly-Clark, which makes Huggies diapers and other consumer products, named Accenture Interactive as the lead creative agency for its baby and child-care products.

WeWork is in talks with T-Mobile US Chief Executive John Legere to take over leadership of the troubled office-sharing startup, The Wall Street Journal reported. WeWork is controlled by investment firm SoftBank Group, which also controls Sprint, the cell-phone carrier that's set to merge with T-Mobile.

The latest negotiations suggest the U.S. could hold off on new tariffs in December and possibly even roll back those that were implemented in September.

Viacom and CBS are realigning the leadership of their creative operations in advance of the expected closing of their merger in early December, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Liberty Media is stepping up its bet on podcasts and is looking for opportunities to develop unique content that will draw in customers, with the owner of Sirius XM satellite radio striking deals with Walt Disney's Marvel unit and others, as reported earlier.
