Shares of energy companies fell alongside oil futures amid fears that the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries production deal with Russia could soon unravel. "There is a dilemma. What should we do with OPEC: Should we lose the market, which is being occupied by the Americans, or quit the deal?" Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov was quoted as saying Saturday, according to Russian news agency TASS. South Korean ship-building giant Hyundai Heavy Industries signed a $1.2 billion deal to sell a minority stake in its oil-refining unit to Saudi Aramco.
