Kim Dove Joins Kish Bank Management Team

STATE COLLEGE, PA - February 11, 2019 - Kish Bank has announced the appointment of Kimberly Dove to the position of Senior Vice President, Director of Operations. In this role, Dove will provide senior leadership to the Bank's Operations, Support, Retail Lending Services, and Commercial Loan Operations and Documentation departments. This newly created position reflects a realignment of a number of operations and support functions that had previously reported to separate managers.

In conjunction with the announcement, Greg Hayes, Kish Bank's President and Chief Operating Officer, stated, "The addition of Kim Dove represents a significant elevation of our team's leadership capacity to support future needs as Kish grows to and beyond $1 billion in assets. In addition to expanding our management focus on the areas reporting to Ms. Dove, this also allows Kish to allocate other key senior leaders to focus on advancements in technology and other innovations."

With over 30 years in banking, Dove brings a broad range of experience to Kish, including SOX and FDICIA compliance for banks over $1 billion in assets, the conversion of core systems, operations, loan documentation, fraud protection, business services, risk management, project management, and process improvement.

Most recently, Dove served as Senior Vice President, Banking Operations and Direct Services, for Tompkins Financial Corporation in Ithaca, NY. Tompkins is a $6.7 billion bank holding company that is comprised of four separate community banks, including VIST Bank in Reading, PA. Dove had previously served as the Director of Operations at VIST Bank until its acquisition by Tompkins.

Dove holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Penn State, and is a Chartered Bank Auditor (CBA), Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and Certified Risk Management Associate (CRMA). She serves on the board of Schuylkill Keep It Pretty (SKIP), a non-profit corporation in Schuylkill County, PA, that manages county-wide clean-ups, teaches environmental education to youth, and assists in litter enforcement.
