FURTHER UPDATE - IMPACT OF SEROJA CYCLONE ON LIPPO PLAZA KUPANG
First REIT Management Limited, as manager (the "Manager") of First Real Estate Investment Trust ("First REIT"), refers to the first update on the impact of the Seroja cyclone on Lippo Plaza Kupang as announced on 6 April 2021.
As a further update, after assessing the damages caused by the cyclone and with repair works in progress, Lippo Plaza Kupang has since resumed full operations; the adjoining Siloam Hospitals Kupang (together with Lippo Plaza Kupang, "the Kupang Property") continues to remain operational.
The Manager does not expect any material impact to the Kupang Property and will endeavour to provide further updates as and when there are any significant developments.
