New York, NY August 30, 2011 Westwood One announced today its lineup of college football doubleheaders and all-star broadcasters for the 2011-2012 seasons. John Tautges will call play-by-play alongside former UCLA Head Coach and College Football Hall of Famer Terry Donahue. The other broadcast crew will be comprised of newcomer Brian Davis who will also call play-by-play and be joined in the booth by Heisman Trophy winner and newly elected College Football Hall of Famer Eddie George. Westwood One kicks off its College Football coverage on Friday, September 2, 2011 as Baylor hosts TCU. All stations airing Westwood Ones NCAA Football coverage can be found using the Station Finder located at www.westwoodone.com

NCAA Football on Westwood One will feature a full 26 game regular season schedule, plus four post season contests including the SEC Championship Game, Army-Navy Game, the FCS Championship Game and the AT&T Cotton Bowl. Westwood Ones regular season schedule includes two games with the defending National Champion Auburn Tigers, as they take on rivals Florida and LSU; the traditional annual battles between Ohio State and Michigan, USC and Oregon, Miami and Virginia Tech; will also have Nebraska playing new Big Ten conference foes Iowa, Ohio State and Penn State.

John Tautges will serve as lead play-by-play announcer for Westwood One's coverage of NCAA Football for the third straight season. He also calls the action for regular season basketball, and has been the studio host for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament and Final Four for most of the past decade. He has also co-anchored coverage of both the Summer and Winter Olympics for Westwood One, as well as for all four major golf tournaments. Tautges is a veteran broadcaster with more than three decades of television and radio experience, including 20 years at the network level.
Terry Donahue returns as the lead analyst for Westwood Ones NCAA Football broadcasts, also his third year in the role. Prior to that, Donahue served as a studio analyst for NFL Networks College Football Now and as a game analyst for FOXs coverage of NFL and college football. He also was the lead college football analyst for CBS Sports from 1996-1998. Donahue was General Manager of the San Francisco 49ers from 2001-2005, but is known mostly for his coaching exploits on the gridiron. He led the UCLA Bruins to 151 victories over 20 seasons (1976-1995) and retired as the winningest coach in Pac 10 football history. Donahue was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2000.
Brian Davis joins the NCAA on Westwood One as a full-time play-by-play announcer after having served as a fill-in the past few seasons. In addition to his work for Westwood One, Davis has called Pac-10, Big Ten and Mid-American Conference games for cable TV. He also spent four seasons as radio play-by-play announcer for the NFLs Seattle Seahawks and handled pre-season TV duties for the Arizona Cardinals. Davis is currently the television voice of the NBAs Oklahoma City Thunder, where he has earned consecutive regional Emmy awards. He has also called games for the NHLs Chicago Blackhawks and MLSs Chicago Fire.
Eddie George returns for his third season as color analyst for Westwood Ones NCAA Football broadcasts. Previously, George co-hosted both College and NFL football programs for the Big Ten Network and Fox Sports Net. On the playing field, George thrived as both a college and professional player. As a senior at Ohio State in
1995, George rushed for a school record 1,927 yards and 24 touchdowns and won the 61st Heisman Trophy
Award. He was selected by the Houston Oilers in the first round of the 1996 NFL Draft and went on to become a
4-time Pro Bowl running back for the Oilers and Tennessee Titans, whom he played for from 1996 to 2003. George is only the second running back in NFL history to rush for 10,000 yards while never missing a start. He was named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1996 and led the Titans to the Super Bowl XXXIV in 2000. He was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame earlier this year.
Jason Horowitz hosts the pregame, halftime and postgame shows for all NCAA Football and regular season NCAA Basketball broadcasts on the network. He also served in a similar role this year for Westwood One's coverage of the Frozen Four and the Lacrosse Final Four. Additionally, he has anchored updates of Westwood Ones coverage of both the 2008 and 2010 Olympics. Horowitz has also been the face of CBS Sports.com since its inception in September 2005, hosting and producing a variety of shows for the websites coverage of the NFL, College Football, and the NCAA Tournament. Horowitz also spent two seasons as the voice of the WNBAs New York Liberty.
