WASHINGTON, Aug 1 (Reuters) - U.S. congressional Democratic leaders had a "productive" day of discussions with the White House on a coronavirus aid bill but are "not close yet" on a deal, U.S. Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer told reporters on Saturday.
